2012 Summer Rec Camp Employment
Clinton Township Rec will begin accepting applications on January 2nd 2012.  
Application deadline February 28, 2012

Counselor positions: Senior, Junior, and CIT.  Students entering grades 10 through 12 may apply for counselor positions.  CIT applicants must be 14 years of age by 6/15/12.  Coordinator positions are open to teachers and college juniors and seniors.  Limited number of positions, so apply early! To apply, go to Community Pass, our online Registration Program. Set up an account by creating a user name & password.

Summer Rec 2012
Children will be grouped according to grade and will enjoy Five Weeks of organized games, sports, crafts and events. Our trained and enthusiastic staff take pride in making Rec lots of fun for all campers. 

Day Field Trips and Archery available at additional costs.  

Ages:      Kindergarten - 8th grade (                   (Kindergarteners must be 5 yrs of age by 10/1/12)

Dates:      June 25th through July 27th  ( Rec closed on Wed July 4th)
Time:       9:00 am - 12:00 noon
Location: Clinton Twp. Middle School

Fee:        $199 per child for residents
               (3rd plus resident child $100)
               $270 for non-residents

Extended Morning Care Option:

Children may be dropped off as early as 8:00 am.  Parents/Guardians are required to accompany children to the designated class room to sign children in with Morning Care Staff. Our staff will escort campers to the appropriate group by 9:00 am.                  
Fee:     $70 per child

Registration Process:

On-Line Credit Card Registration for Summer Rec, Field Trips and Activities will begin on Thursday, March 1st. 
Log on to www.clintontwprec.com and set up your Community Pass account by creating a user name and password.

Registration Instructions:

Go to Community Pass & log in with your user name & password
Under Register Now, select organization from drop down box. 
Select Clinton Township Parks & Recreation then click Go.
Under Select Activity, choose 2012 Summer Rec from drop down box then click Register Now.
Review account information & follow prompts to proceed through registration.
Register camper(s) for Summer Rec 2012 (this must completed and paid prior to registering for Field Trips/Special Activities)
Register for Field Trips and/or Special Activities - once camper registration is complete, return to your Community Pass home page repeat steps 2, 3 & 4 above to view all available Fields Trips for each child. 

Please note:  if you register for Camp & Field Trips/Activities, separate payment transactions will be processed.

No internet access or you wish to pay by check or cash???
Stop by the Recreation Office on the 1st floor of the Municipal Building located at 1225 Route 31 South, Building D, Lebanon, NJ…..and we will be happy to process your registration!

Many Trips & Activities fill quickly, so please register early.

Camp Registration deadline is May 31st.
Field Trip Registration deadlines: 1 week prior to Trip/Activity

No refunds will be issued. 
Processing late registrations complicates staffing and ordering of supplies.

Intro to Summer Karate (Grades K-2)
 Sensei Will’s goal is to provide an introduction to basic karate techniques in a fun and structured environment.
 Free program, no uniforms needed.        Dates: TBA     Online Registration is required 

Summer Archery (Grades 3-8)
Children will be grouped by grade and will enjoy four sessions of small group archery instruction from a certified instructor.
Grades 3-4    Dates: TBA           
Grades 5-8    Dates: TBA

Summer Bike Safety (Grades K-5)

Bike Safety is a Free program facilitated by the Clinton Township Police. 
The police officers will review safety, inspect bikes and set up an obstacle course the campers will ride through.
Children must bring their own bike and helmet.                   Dates: TBA         Online Registration is required
